Rhondda Golf Club combines the wonderful wildness of the area with views over four valleys steeped in mining heritage. Not far away, visitor attractions reflect the industrial heritage of the region but once you reach the golf course, the stunning views will take your breath away. Situated 1,000 feet above sea level, you play across the tops of the mountains, high above the winding rows of miners’ cottages. A Warm Valleys’ welcome is extended to all visitors. This 18 hole, 6000 yard, par 70 course has views as far as the Bristol Channel on a fine day. The clubhouse serves bar meals and there is a function room for groups. Facilities include a Pro Shop where a Professional can be booked to give tuition. The club is easily accessible and can be found on the Pehrhys Road joining Rhondda Fach and Fawr.
