Cottrell Park is a majestic setting for golf and is home to two Championship 18 hole courses, both of which are situated in historic parkland. Each course offers a different challenge to all categories of golfer. The Mackintosh is a parkland course, scores of beautiful 300year old trees, amazing views and playing to USGA Greens. The Button Gwinnett Course, which requires accuracy rather than length, boasts several small lakes with a fantastic new lake on the finishing hole. The views sweeping across the Vale and onwards to the Brecon Beacons are breathtaking and again playing to USGA Greens all assist for a great day out.
Other facilities at Cottrell include an all weather floodlit driving range, two putting greens, practice area, fully stocked golf professional shop and a delightful stone built clubhouse with exposed wooden beams, open fireplace and flagstone floor. The perfect place in which to relax after your game of golf.
